We had slow cooked pork chops with roasted potatoes, kumara and carrots; steamed beans & corn, and gravy

My boys are in pacnic mode.

Made 2 curries tonight to get us over a few days. Surprise dinner (rack of lamb) by cp saturday. Dh had to tell me what to or not to defrost ;D

Cp very excited. Then I have high tea sunday & my friend has given them the members pass for sunday footy, they are v happy :)

Grilled lamb chops, French beans,  mashed potatoes and fresh chutney.  Out for lunch today and had this beautiful chutney with sausages.  Going to try and make some.

Sirloin steak with chimichuri on a bed od baby spinach, salad & cous cous. Cibatta garlice bread in the side. Very nice :)

I've got some smoked Barramundi and a kilo of prawns, my favourite cherry tomatoes, good cheese, baby spinach, cucumber, red onion and a nice bottle of wine. I'm calling that dinner.
