I've never eaten a dumpling let alone cook one, lovely picture Julie - it looks delicious.

What! This should be illegal!! Get cooking dumplings and stew pronto you are definitely missing out.:)

JulieO, that looks great.

My lentil bolognese tasted great. DH, DD & I had it with polenta chips while DS had a tiny amount over a lot of pasta, his mate had some over pasta and a single polenta chip. So all up a success. DS said if I mixed half mince and half lentils he would eat it so I think that's what I'll do next time.

Dumplings on stews and casseroles are lovely but so are apple dumplings or golden syrup dumplings for desserts. With cream AND icecream.  ;D ;D ;D
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Kim, they look delicious. I have had them on my menu plan for ages, but I haven't stuck to it much for a couple of weeks as so much seems to be happening. We've been invited out for dinner tonight. I think this will be the end of going out for a while though. Everyone is either heading OS or travelling within Australia.
