That's mentioned a few times in the threads I searched Judy and so is the one from the Varoma demo that Karen has mentioned.

Karen if you have the recipe that would be great - no hurry though.

I have dinner cooking in my slowcooker tonight --- a hearty beef casserole full of chunks of meat and veges in gravy.  :D

sorry wonder....it is the EDC pizza dough, but uses 300g warm water, instead of 280g as listed in EDC.
Habit calling it pizza bianca  :P
I make 4 pizzas from the 1 dough batch....and remember to dock the dough first  ;)  I forgot on the first one, and crust rose up and was toughing the element  :P

Nice pizzas Maddy. :)

We had Chelsea's Beef Stroganoff tonight with potato/sweet potato mash and peas. Yum. :)

Maddy, what's the reason for increasing the water to 300g? Just want to learn and improve my pizza making technique.

Do you use fresh yeast or 7g instant yeast?

What do you mean by dock the dough? Do you add time for another rise after forming the dough? It's not written in the recipe, but it's used for bread making.

Tasted a very delicious Butter Chicken in Singapore in 2010. The Indian owner said the secret was cashew nuts. Happy that I can now make it at home :)

Hi Karen, thanks very much for the recipe we are having them tonight so will be interested to see how this one goes. I have a lot of trouble with PM's on my work computer and can see them but not reply.

Glad you got it Nadine.  I will be interested to see what you think of the recipe.  Fri nights are traditionally pizza night in our house, but we ususally use the thin and crispy pizza dough recipe from the forum.  I think the pizza bianca recipe makes a thicker dough.
