Wonder, he is doing really well, but as yiu say he has to with you being the main worker.

Dinner tonight, cooking osso bucco for tomorrow night, but the smell is so good  coming from the pc I think we might have it tonight. Its from suzanne gibbs book & I am drooling at the smell.

Its a new recipe  for me, I put the meat into my Le Creuset dish, sieved the veg & juice. Juice is cooling to take fat off, then will add together & heat up for dinner. Its meant to be tomorrows but not sure if anyone will be able to wait.

Yum Hally. I always have it with polenta or mash but my DS prefers it with risotto Milanese. Either way will be delish. I just made a batch of your lamb and feta burgers. Fried off a little ball and it's yummy. Thanks for the recipe. DS comes for dinner on a Wednesday as he picks the baby uP from me after work. I know he will love the burgers   :D

Snapper fillets baked in the oven with veggies. Not really enough fish to go round (I'm on a budget lol) so I'll probably just get veg & kids will get the fish!

Made Baf's chicken with a tweak and no chicken! Delish served with sausages. Will post tweak in Baf's chicken thread.
