I didn't get to cook the Chinese cashew turkey and broccoli dish because we got home late after visiting grandpa. I'll do it tomorrow night though. Tonight we just had poached eggs and potato wedges.

Chicken and corn soup from the Devil cookbook and a pumpkin bread/focaccia I'm going to convert to TM. Picture looks yum, so I'll give it a whirl.
Have lamb shanks marinating in a spice mix I just made. They'll be tomorrow night.

I bought two pieces of swordfish for $17.90. Yikes . I made a chick pea salad using yoghurt and a tiny jar of green olive  paste  with fresh LEMON juice for a dressing. One can one jar gone.

Your turkey looks nice and moist Amy.  :D

I made a pot of sweet potato soup.  Used the TM to chop all the veg and had the intentions to cook it in there, but once everything was ready to go there were too many ingredients, so i cooked in a casserole pot on the stove top.  It reduced down to 2 litres so I was able to carefully pour it into the TM to puree.

DH really liked it but it was just a bit too sweet for me, so will tweak it next time, maybe add more potato and less sweet potato.   I just grilled some turkish bread to have with.  :)

Pressure cooked risotto bolgnese from Not Quite Nigella. One of the nicest risottos we've had in a long time. I did chop the vegetables  in TMX.
