When I make lasagne I make 3 or 4 and freeze them.

Great for when I decide to cook dinner for my parents mid week.

Tonight is Roast chicken pieces and fried rice in tmx.

Bubbles... I just scrub or peel the potatoes, cut them into chips (with my v-slicer), rinse them, then I generally (but not if I'm stuck for time) steam them in the varoma for 10-15min or until softish but still holding their shape, after that I put them in a bag with a tablespoon or 2 (depending on quantity of potatoes) of oil, shake them up, lay on a tray and oven bake...OR lay out on tray not touching then freeze, once frozen put into zip lock bags in freezer til we are ready to cook them. (To freeze they need to have been steamed tho.) Hope that helps...?  :D

I am quite lazy with homemade chips. I just scrub, prick and microwave my potatoes as if I were cooking jacket potatoes. Then I cut them into quarters, spray with oil, sprinkle with seasoning and back until crunchy and golden. Yummy and easy!! ;)

Tonight I'm making seafood marinara for dinner :D

Our microwave has a "crisp" setting, so if I haven't got the oven on I just put them back in the microwave on the "crisp" setting for about 12 minutes. But if I've got the oven on anyway, I put them on a tray and bake them in there ;)
So I can do either, but it will depend on your microwave whether it can do the "crisp" setting or not :)

i peel,cut,rinse,dry, deep fry hours b4, and deep fry just b4 dinner. i  double fry them  :-))
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Yes I oil them before freezing them, then it is all done ready to cook. I do my potatoes for roasting the same way, generally a monday job and do enough for the whole week or more, so handy to have already done in the freezer!! I also do my sweet potato and pumpkin (& carrots and parsnips if I am going to roast them) the same way.  :D  Good luck! :)
I used to do deep fry but I can't cope with the smell of the hot oil when I am up the duff!!!  ;)

Well, been out all day and haven't used TM at all :o  Very strange occurrence in my house.
Just about to make some cheese sauce for a veggie bake and then Chelsea's Swiss Beef.  Am looking forward to it after all the good reviews.  :)
