Title: For Foods Sake - Berry Lime Coulis p17

Very similar to the EDC recipe. A little more tartness added tho from the use of limes. We did not strain through a fine mesh sieve as we started, and then realised that we don't really give a damn  :D

Easy to make and very tasty. I have frozen in blocks ready for ice cream days. I like the lime taste.

Very tasty. I used it in the icing for the Lemon Bundt cake with Raspberry icing in the ebook Desserts.
I have frozen the rest in I eblocks too for icecream, pannacotta etc.
