Hi Thermomix lovers
« on: October 11, 2010, 01:25:02 am »
Hi There, I have had my TM for 1 year and love it! I've found I use it mainly for sweets, baking, dips and juicing as my hubby and 3 kiddies like very plain dinners. I have jumped on your forum for some inspiration and I love it! Last night I made Cacciatore Chicken Risotto and it was a winner YAY ;D , This week i will give the Curried Sausages and the Chicken Kiev's a go... Thank you for your inspiration, I'm excited to be part of your forum :)

Hello ,
Just new to this Forum, love using " Thorla"  my Thermomix. I am so surprised how quick she chops etc. I made pasties last week but they were a bit mushy as I thought 3 mins was not enough to chop all the carrots and it was !!!  I should trust the instructions.
Look forward to reading even more recipes and handy hints

Welcome to the forum Lace and Chels. \

After owning a TMX for 12 months Chels you are probably looking to cook something different - you must have been amazed at the amount of recipes you found here.  It is lovely that you finally found us and decided to join in all the fun we have.  Looking forward to hearing which main meals you do from the forum.

Lace, you soon learnt how quickly vegies can turn to mush  :D :D  Less is best as far as chopping goes and you will learn to back your own judgement and know if some times in recipes are too much.  I followed the recipes to a T to begin with and the chopping times were far too long - I almost gave up then I found this forum and the inspiration it gave me has been the turn around from failures to success.
