Hi foxycoxy, a big welcome to you.  Nice that you could join this family of TMX loving people with whom you can share your experiences and read about ours.  It is a fun place to be and you will love it here.

Thanks Guys! I'm really excited about making the most of my TMX as most of you seem to be doing. As usual navigating around a new forum is always fun too - I'm sure I'll get the hang of it eventually  ;D

Welcome from a fellow West Aussie-Perth. I'm fairly sure we have at least one other member from Albany.

Hi foxycoxy
Cyndi O'meara wrote a book changing habits changing lives, about changing the way you think of food, she is very against additives in food and an advocate of eating butter not margarine.  Her website is  www.changinghabits.com.au if you want to check it out.
She supports thermomix because we can cook from scratch and not have to rely on packaged foods.  There is a thermomix cookbook that she has wrote too.
I have had my thermomix since January this year and wouldn't be without it.
:) Rainbow,  I chose Rainbow because we live on the Rainbow Coast, but my name is Gill  ;D
