We are Brits who live in the UK.
We have owned a TM31 for several years.

Our daughter lives in Melbourne
She has bought a house there, which she moves into on Monday October 5th.

We would like to buy her a TM5 as a moving in present, to be followed by a demonstration.
(Yes, we know that is not the usual Thermomix buying process, but this is meant to be a suprise present)

We have  tried at least 3 times to get a response from the official Thermomix website, over a period of 6 weeks.

They don't answer.

Does anyone know how to break through this logjam?

Cordially

Paul R.

Paul, give them a call direct instead of waiting for them to respond. They will probably give you details of a Melbourne consultant that lives nearby to your daughter who you will be able to deal direct with. Not sure what the turnaround time is delivery ATM. There may a consultant who sees this and PM's you direct as well.

Hi Paul. What a wonderful gift for your daughter. She will love you even more.

Whereabouts in Melbourne does your daughter live?  I have the name of at least one consultant here and should be able to track down more if you like.

Paul, welcome to the forum.  I have rung Australia's H.O. for you, explained the situation and as I am one of the Moderators, I hope you don't mine me giving them your email address so that they can deal with you direct.  The person in customer service was going to get onto it immediately.

Great work Judy, you're a legend! Hopefully HO will have contacted Paul by now.
How bizarre that his 3 enquiries direct to them went unanswered. I would have thought they'd get back to anyone immediately if they were looking to buy a TMX.

Welcome to the forum Paul, what a wonderful gift for your daughter.
