Linen press looks lovely and neat Suzanne. 

Getting ready to go on our holiday so spent the morning paying all the bills and then to the supermarket to buy a few things to take with us.  Not taking much with us as we can always buy what we need.  The caravan is half packed and I'll finish that tomorrow.

The lady doing the Rough Puff Pastry demo on you tube is actually my consultant.  She is a lovely lady and was so helpful to me when I first got my tmx and had no idea how to use it( mine was a gift) and I had no demo first.

I am actually going to a pastry demo with Maria on the 10th Oct., this is the first stop on our holiday :) :) :).  Maria is a chef and also runs a cooking school in South Gippsland which I'd love to go to it one of these days.

DD coming again today to take three of the GD's back to her place for another sleepover.  It will be very quiet here without all the girlie chatter. :D

Lasagne and Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding as I have four teenage GC's coming for a sleep over tonight and this is what they requested. Also have DD and little ones coming for lunch as well so made  Kimmyh's Jelly Whip for dessert.

I had a quick trip to the supermarket early this morning as DD and children are coming for lunch.  Only bought a few things and I couldn't believe what it cost.  Why is everything so dear these days. >:(

That's not good for your DH Troupie, I hope he recovers soon.

I have two chicken casseroles in the oven at the moment.  Both are for the freezer and then for us to take away on the holiday.

Bedlam, I hope this prospective buyer makes up his mind quickly.  I hated having to keep our place tidy all the time, it was a big pain in the you know where.

We had an unexpected guest for lunch yesterday who is a very fussy eater.  I made a batch of this and he loved it.  I only had half a tub of Philly Cream Cheese in the fridge so used this in place of the cream and it was lovely.
