Nobu was lovely BZB. We had edamame to start. Then a salmon taco and a scallop one. They were about 10cm and very nice. I wasn't sure if I would like raw scallop but I did. We then had a be to box each and they were amazing. Even though we were bloated we decided we had to have sweets. They were wow!!  Part of DD's was some soy sauce icecream. It was lovely.

Tonight's dinner was haloumi and salad as we are still full from lunch.

Love edamame, sushi and almost everything Japanese. I even bought a Japanese recipe book from Kinokuniya when on holiday in KL last year. Haven't gotten around to trying anything though 😁

Unfortunately, Nobu is out of my league. I like Yuki and Kanta.

Made peanut chicken for the first time today. Was yummy but DH was not impressed. Will have to use chicken thigh and marinade longer next time.

think there is a recipe for edamame in one of Alyce's books. I'll probably never go to Nobu unless I'm taken also. DH enjoys his home cooking too much after being away on a mine site eating mass produced food (although he says the food is good, but not as good as home).

How do you have a 15min nap in the TM uni? I don't fit in it and it's too uncomfortable to rest my head on 😜
