It does rather look like that, very apt too - I love it CC.

Cookie, I'm so glad both of you enjoyed the flavours :) :)

Made fish curry tonight. One of my old favourites as it is reminiscent of the curries in Nasi Kandar restaurants in Malaysia. I should post the recipe as it is easy to make, and yet so tasty.

I made Quirky Jo's Vegan Mousse tonight & it was yum .... 👍 from DH who has had to eliminate dairy from his diet & was his first chocolate tasting dessert in weeks, I was very happy with it 😄

Ooh, that looked so good! I was going to make it last night but ran out of steam. On the to-do list for the weekend for sure!

We got a smoker bbq for Christmas and still haven't used it. Not sure what to do and need to get to barbecues galore to find out.

Looks yum, Maddy!

CP, thanks for the Facebook info yesterday. So cool that my recipe got posted :) I've seen lots of other dishes posted before. Some with unfamiliar photos. I wonder if MM cooked the dishes.

INAID say TMX when u see me next on the airfryer page :)

Delicious Maddy. We had Jamie Oliver's chorizo carbonara (inspired by Gert's review).

Looks good INAID

Delicious Indian dinner tonight. Chookie's naan - baked in the airfryer - to go with Cookie's airfried tandoori chicken.
