DD will cookie, DS won't. ;)

He is a bit fussy.  They eat lots of fruit, raw veges, but not much cooked.

Tonight Salmon, chips, steamed veges. :)  Bubbles, and Cake

Another new recipe to try, a pie this time. I have quite a few new recipes to post. I haven't forgotten, I just need life to slow down a little so I can jump off! :)

I made a topping with a handful of parsley and a handful of coriander, 2 slices of multigrain bread, zest and juice of 2 limes, black pepper and a little oil whizzed on speed 5 for 5 seconds. Then baked at 180c for 12 minutes. It was cooked through but still moist - I like my salmon still quite raw in the middle, and think it would probably be cooked to my liking after 8-10 minutes
I had started the potatoes earlier, but cooked the mushrooms for 12 minutes too.

DH and I went to Red Spice Road and then to a pub for a few drinks. Didn't even feel guilty leaving the kids behind! I love the pork belly at Red Spice Road and go go every week.

Tonight we are having  Shane Delia recipe of slow roasted shoulder of lamb. It's meant to be cooked overnight but it will have been in the oven for about 10 hours by the time we eat so I'm sure it will be cooked.
