Haha gf and mich .. Yes it is :)

Mich what do you love... The stroganoff recipe you made or chookies rice for the family.. I mean obviously both but i mean which recipe were you talking about??

The EDC beef stroganoff made with chicken - Yvette style.  ;D Love Chookies rice - the only way I cook rice now.  ;D

Does Yvette tweak the recipe or just substitute the beef for chicken Michele.
I would like to try it as we love stroganoff :)

Kim, I use chicken like Yvette but leave in the mushrooms and follow the recipe. It is a lovely sauce.

Fish curry, honey soy chicken, stir fried cabbage.

Will give chicken another go in my TM. This time with chicken thighs fillets instead of breasts. Hope no shredding *fingers crossed*

Not sure is I could stir fry the vege in my TM. Will have a look see for a recipe in the forum.

I have yet to master using my TM. Would this sequence work, guys?
1. Chop the cabbage in the TM. Remove. (Or maybe use knife since I like it in longish strips)
2. Chop garlic, and sauté in TM
3. Stir fry cabbage. Will have to read up on possible temp, speed and duration
4. Make the honey soy chicken, as per recipe and tweaks from our lovely forum
5. Cook rice in the midst of cooking all the above?

I've posted a recipe from the Malaysian cookbook for stir fried cabbage BZB - I love it!  I'd make the honey soy chicken first and keep it warm in the thermosaver if you have one.  I usually have rice in the freezer so I just zap that in the microwave.
