Michelle, we don't care about your photography skills! I haven't posted on this thread for a while, lots of catching up..
Speaking of veal, I bought some veal cutlets at a new butcher in Kojonup. They were so thick! I seasoned them well, coated in OO, then seared in the fry pan and popped them in the oven. Oh my, they were divine! I had some leftover Jus (fantastic Knorr dry mix) and added the few juices that escaped to that.

Mashed sweet and regular potato, steamed purple carrots, regular carrots and a mix of fresh beans, zucchini and tomato with lemon herb seasoning.

Yum! I don't usually go to Koj as its 100km away, but that's where our Vet is, so did a spend up at the real butcher! Such a treat.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

We are having quiche, chips and salad today sometime.  I will have forgotten how to cook by the time I use up all the frozen meals I have  ;D
