I'm kind of busy so the good old slow cooker is coming to the rescue again.  DH  said how can I be busy when I have time to go on the forum.  ;) ;)

We had JulieO's beef casserole with crispy potato topping, a winner in this house and lots left over for another night or lunches.

Maddy, those tartlets look delicious. I might try that with Tenina's evoo lemon tart with my Tupperware pie form. Although I'm not sure it would be deep enough...

Tonight's dinner was meant to be pressure cooker casserole, but I've caught DS' cold and I have no appetite and no energy so tonight was toast for me, and spaghetti for DS.

Tomorrow night is a lamb roast.
