Nice chicken ES.
Great pie Frozzie.

Tonight tried Chinese BBQ steamed buns and fried been hoon.

Thanks Suzanne. I liked the been hoon, it's very tasty, but DH didn't. These are more moist than the Singapore noodles I make in the wok. He prefers the wok recipe. Children gobbled them up. That's always a good sign.

I just love the feeling of tossing a big pile of vegetables and noodles around... there's something very satisfying about it, don't you think Kimmy? :) And I'm afraid the TMX, despite how much I love it, can't replicate a delicious wok stir-fry ;)

For dinner, Judy's Chicken and Vegetable loaves... cooked as a slice instead :) Served with gravy and potato wedges and steamed peas. Loved it ;D

Thanks Kimmy ;D See I tried to be creative and do a swirl with the gravy? The others didn't look as pretty :-))

We had pizza. DH managed to drop one on the floor and you can guess which way up it landed! Tiles clean easily though.
One we did with slices of haloumi, mozzarella, green peppercorns and a bit of cream sauce. It was lovely. The recipe was from Theo's number 2 book.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
