Too much excitement Amy - or are you not feeling well again?

We had a beef casserole thing with roast potatos.  :)

A bit of both astarra :) We actually ended up having porridge at mum's request! ;D

The beef casserols sounds good... especially since you didn't have to make it! :D

We had the school music recital night, so it was leftovers when we got home. Love my freezer:)

I made Choo Chee Prawns from this blog, so delicious. The flavours were wonderful.  Enough sauce for 3 so could up the prawns if wanted.  I added about a tsp of raw sugar to the sauce just to add a taste of sweetness.  Definitely a keeper.  :D

Julie, your photo looks much better than the one on the website. I wish we were having that for dinner.
We were supposed to be having a BBQ at the park after the last cricket game, but it,s been cancelled due to the heat. Not sure what we will have for dinner instead as I was bringing the fruit, not the meat!

Once again MIL has kindly done dinner for us... chicken portions with some sort or yummy marinade on them, potato gems, steamed corn and peas, and filled tomatoes, very yum.
I love her to pieces! She is so thoughtful always, but especially when needed!  :-*
