Obbie, looks good for a first SD loaf.  How did it taste. ?
Made 10 jars of Peach and Ginger. Not as sweet as the Peach and Pineapple. Like it better.

I did zucchini slice in my triangle tins, made 4 of them plus a small dish which we had with or dinner tonight  :D
put 2 of the triangles in the freezer and gave the other 2 to my MIL

Not exactly cooking, but my friend hsa given me the beginnings to make kombucha so I will try to get a 'brew' started today.

Obbie, the more you make the better it will get. We eat most of our SD toasted. We don’t eat much bread other than at breakfast.  Leftovers make very good bread crumbs.

Cookie' Classic Bread and a batch of Carrot, Zucchini & Date Muffins from Best Recipes site.  DH who doen't like muffins commented how nice they are.

Great looking bread and muffins Mab.
Yesterday I made fruit leather from the pulped peaches and plums.
Made a new chicken dish for dinner. Jill Duplix’s Pan Chicken in Mustard  cream sauce. Lovely.
Also made 50 Lemon Bliss balls and Carrot , almond and Date balls.
