Your life is so hectic at the moment Denise, I hope the wedding goes well and you settle into your new home where perhaps life will ease up a bit.  Best of luck to DH with his back too, bad backs are a real problem.  Xx

Thanks Judy,
I have been thinking about Chookie and Ral, have they had an offer on their house?  It will be difficult for the next couple of months but happy generally.

'morning all.

Denise, you are certainly going through a hectic time.  Hope DH's back, the wee one's grumpiness, the wedding and your house hassles all settle very, very soon.  Although it's not easy, try not to stress too much ... being stressed doesn't help anything.  Take care.

Morning all.
Denise, you certainly have a lot on your plate. Have been wondering how you were going. Glad the builder has come to the party.  But all your stuff will have to go into storage. Bu#€¥er.
Look after DH. Bad backs are a nuisance especially when you are so busy. Poor little bub.  Could be reacting to all that is going on. Enjoy the wedding.
No offers for Cherokee yet. Had a Valuer here on Wednesday.  Said property is priced right. Just have to wait. Good thing is that we can shift stuff over to Invermay bit by bit and we have a carrier booked for 1 st of March.
It has been cool here and we are really enjoying it. May heat up a bit at the weekend.

What a garden Chookie, I hope prospective buyers get to see that during opens!

Good morning everyone, up early waiting for our handyman friend to come and do some jobs for me today.  Little jobs have mounted up and I like to keep the place up to scratch.

Good morning everyone.  I've been absent for awhile as I've been sick and busy.  I've had a terrible throat infection that just won't go away - had to go back to the doctors yesterday for stronger antibiotics.  Also we are having our bathroom and laundry completely ripped out and renovated, so that has been keeping us busy shopping for new items.  Work starts on Tuesday.

Your garden looks lovely Chookie.  I hope a buyer is just around the corner for you.

Denise I hope your DH's back is better soon.  The month or so will go quickly and you'll be in your new house before you know it.  I hope the wedding goes well - I'm sure it will be lovely.  Enjoy the special day.

Firstly your garden looks beautiful Chookie. Please thank Ral for thinking of us in the heat. I find now when I look at the weather I tend to remark on how ........will be coping with the rain, fires, storms etc.

Katie I do hope you get your throat sorted out, not nice.

Denise tell Evan to take it easy. Perhaps he and the little one could sit on the floor and play together and then have their naps together.  ;D :D I hope his back sorts itself out very soon.
You have been so busy and will be for a while. It will soon be over and you can settle into your new home. I will send restful thoughts down. Not that they will help much.

Take care everyone and get well soon, if ill

It's beginning to sound like everyone is starting to suffer from ailments and this unpredictable weather is not helping, I am sure.  Hope you all start getting better very soon.

Chookie, your garden looks very lush.  Is your agent advertising actively in the City?  I know you once said that, historically, properties in Cherokee took an average of a year to sell, but surely there is some way your lovely home and it's attributes (fabulous gardens, wombats et al) can be pushed.  Certainly, Cherokee is not well known, that alone must be part of its attraction to unhappy and disillusioned city dwellers.
