That's good to hear Chookie, hopefully each day will bring more improvement.
I'm sure Denise will let us know if she is going to be affected by the forecast thundersnow.

Chookie it's good news that you are improving a little. Tinned spaghetti and scrambled eggs have good healing powers when created by Chef Ral.

Hi friends.
How are you all doing in the heat you are experiencing?

An overcast day here.Even more muddy walking Chance this morning. :P
I have just read that the UK is bracing for "Thundersnow", CC - I have no idea exactly what that is but it doesn't sound good - perhaps you should stock up on essentials and you, DH and Chance should stay safely indoors until it is all over.
Thundersnow is a thunderstorm but snow falling instead of rain.I had never heard of this before until it was announced on the TV. The forecasters aren't quite sure where this snow will be dumped but Scotland is in the firing line. I think we will get some.
I went shopping yesterday so have stocked up on groceries Marina ;)

Good news that you are feeling a little better Chookie.

Good morning everyone.  The grandies are coming this morning, quite a hot one today so we'll take in a movie to break up the day.

Have you ever been snowed in Denise?

Morning all.
Cool at the moment, 30 later on.
Still improving slowly, not good at sitting or being in bed. Better if walking slowly.
Have the makings for plum and red current jelly but not up to making it yet. Frustrated.
CC, weather doesn't sound good. Take care.

Good morning everyone.  Cool here this morning, heating up later in the day.

Good news that you are starting to feel a bit better.  Don't over do things.

CC, I don't like our hot weather but I'm not sure I would like to be in thundersnow either.  :)

A little  improvement is better than none Chookie, although I can understand your frustration.

It is beautiful here today. A fairly strong wind, a few clouds and cool!!

Be patient Chookie, you don't want to jump in too early and have a setback.

Hi friends.
No snow yet.Apparently it's coming early evening and it going to freeze overnight. But shouldn't last long.
A good walk with Chance but still very muddy underfoot.

The deepest snow we've had Judy was 30cm.I wouldn't drive in it but DH did. We were advised no to drive unless really necessary and take care walking.Lots of people break bones in these conditions. The worst part it freezes overnight and make conditions even worse.

Morning all.
Nice and cool this morning. A little rain although there is a weather warning for winds.
Still on a very slow improve. Did manage to mix a loaf of multi grain and rye SD bread. Will bake this morning.  Good old TMX.   Imagine kneading this with a sore back.?

Good morning everyone, a wet day in Adelaide.
Snow sounds nice Denise but ice, not so nice.
I'm glad to hear you are able to make some bread Chookie, I can just imagine the joy that gave you.

Hi Friends.
Woke up to a sprinkling of snow but it did freeze overnight so some untreated roads were very icy.
It was cold walking Chance. At one stage of my walk the Moon was waning and in the East the Sun was rising.I have never seen this before.
