Snap Obbie!  We are having meatloaf and vegies here also.
Trying the meatloaf recipe from Jamie Oliver's new book.

My DH loves meatloaf.

We were having Tandoori Chicken but I couldn't find any chicken in the freezer so it became beef tandoori. Then I had to go out unexpectedly and have no time to make the paste. So now it is crumbed steak and veggies.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We had a beautiful meal at the fundraising dinner tonight for the Australian National Junior Chefs team's world  challenge in Kore next month. They only had 4  junior chefs cooking tonight as the other 2 team members had restaurant commitments. The food was superb and full of flavour.  Our GD cooked entree which was delicious as was the complete meal. A fantastic night and so proud of her. Next fundraiser dinner 2 weeks from tonight in Frasers restaurant in Kings Park. Same young chefs with same menu with possible tweaks. Can't wait.

Sounds like a lovely night MF. Would you be able to take some photos of the meal next time? I love looking at food pics and the young ones have such good ideas and plating skills.  :D
