The Chicken Korma is very good.Have a look at this so you can see whether you have the ingredients at hand.The Chicken in Yoghurt gets great reviews.Also on page 120 of the Fast and Easy Cooking( have a look when you get the book tomorrow) the Cashew Chicken is very good.

Forgot to add  yes  ^^ = soft speed, and the  :: symbol is used when you make bread as it's intermittent for kneading.

Finally got around to making this for supper tonight.Really wonderful Chookie, thumbs up from this household.Used VHJ's idea of placing on a rack when in the oven and that really kept it crispy.I have a portion left for DS lunch tomorrow.
