Thermo soup and sourdough bread.  Just cooked onion and garlic, tin crushed toms, and anything else I could find until it tasted great. Added a tin of beans.   Zapped 1/3 and added to rest.

Tonight is beef stroganoff and last night was the curry from the calendar with lemon feta to go with it.

Leek and turkey pie with mashed pots.  Apple crumble.  Sesame, macadamia and flaked almond slice.  Will post this recipe later tonight. Something a bit different.

DH cut up 2 lambs for our freezer, so tonight we had baked chips with French onion soup mix sprinkled on top. I just love the flavor of these.
With steamed veggies.

BTW I now have 2 weeks and 3 days left before I get this horrible cast off. I really have had enough. I often have to stand with one foot on the floor and the other one up on a chair because my foot keeps swelling while I'm in the kitchen preparing meals.

Fundj I'm in a cast on my leg for 7 weeks (only 2 weeks 2 days to go now)
I tore my Achilles tendon along time ago and it's not healing and keeps tearing. So the doctor is forcing my foot to rest by being in a cast. Once this one is fixed then the other foot will be done as well.
Oh and if this dosnt work then surgery is the next step.

Fingers crossed it works. :)
