We had a recipetineats too Judy. We had the car club Christmas lunch today so wanted only something quick and light for dinner. Roasted pumpkin, feta and lots of spinach with a balsamic/oil dressing.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Chicken & Vegetable stir fry last night.  Tonight will be slow cooker meat balls with spaghetti.

We had pizzas last night.
Tonight corned silverside and mash.
Tomorrow night....what ever I can find in my nearly empty freezer!  :D

I planned to have a roast lamb dinner but the lamb joint is still frozen even though it's been defrosting overnight in the fridge. :-))  So we're are having bacon,egg and mushrooms LOL

I have put rice, chicken stock (liquid), chicken drums, carrot, fresh beans from the garden and seasonings into the slow cooker .... hope it'll turn out edible  :P :P

We had Nachos for lunch and won ton in chicken soup for dinner. Followed by Cream Puffs.
