Chrissa, what recipe are you using?
DD,  your bread will taste like SD. Let us know if you like it.

Today I will make 6 bread sticks to freeze.  Will make garlic bread for gardeners to go with their soup. I use the AF for the garlic bread.  It can be made soft and gooey with the garlic butter or garlicy and crisp .
I need to make another lot of Quirky Jo's Chicken concentrate stock , also Brons vegetable stock concentrate.  I freeze both as I reduce the salt.

Lailah's jumbo loaf from recipe community but I halved the quantities.  Makes 8 rolls or the loaf as per photo.  That loaf I cooked in my romatopf clay baker.  Half hour with lid on and 12 mons with lid off
I do the best I can

Thanks Chrissa, it is a beauty. The clay ovens hold the moisture in and help with the rising. My clay oven is hand made and although beautiful, it has a small opening on top so too small to make a decent sized loaf and then get it out.

I am attempting Adriano Zumbo's Burger Pies for dinner tonight. It is an all day project so they had better taste good.

Kimmyh, that is beautiful.  For a very special person??

Yesterday made cauli and leek soup, chicken and veggie stock pastes, 3 bread sticks, fried rice and chicken wings. Liquid chicken stock.
Today I hope to make no fuss recipe, bake 1/2 in AF, ( 5 rolls) and 1/2 in mini slow cooker. Will add fruit and walnuts to mini loaf.

Wholemeal rolls baked in AF.  Inspired by CC mini loaves.
SC is baking a fruit loaf. And have made pumpkin and Apple soup with Bonsai' s suggestion of Garlic Comfit added.
