I've made hazelnut and chocolate chop cookies and I've finally nailed baking my own bread and rolls

Cookie, you are well named. They sound delicious.
Beef rib Cassarole  in SC as I wanted to spend time in veggie garden.  More potato and Artichoke mash and something for the new Challenge .

Thanks all.  I finally found a recipe that works for me and what a winner.  I'm making rolls tomorrow. I'm officially obsessed with bread making after soooooo many years of failure.

Well done Chrissa, that is a great looking loaf.

I have made some New York style pizza dough for Monday.  It is a cold proof dough that uses only a small amount of yeast and you proof it for at least 24 hours preferably 72 hours.

I have Red Lentil and Chickpea soup cooking now.
