Yesterday I cooked chicken drumsticks in the SC. with 1/2 a bottle of leftover Apple cider.  Mixed Wholemeal pasta ( from freezer) with Ratatouille.

Lazy valentines dinner , Aldi packet of chicken Kiev and spinach and potato gratin with steamed greens . Really very nice DH happy . Although DH brief stop in then out to do more sheep work . Much later DH made Tea and salted caramel lint chocolate late at night .

Thecurried crab was a bit hot so I added a boiled potato and a sweet potato to the leftovers and made pies.
 Cooked Beef in Stout to freeze.  Lovely recipe from key.
