We use our pizza maker quite frequently. Saturday night special dinner!

I am happy now that I can make a good Pizza in the BBQ but will continue to use the electric machine.
I enjoyed playing with the BBQ as it is different to previous ones.  I am learning and will play with it until I can use it to its full potential. I would like to bake bread in it.  That will be a real challenge.

Chookie, I have baked bread in our weber bbq a few times and it turned out fine.

Sausages and salad for dinner here tonight.

I bought a rolled  boneless chicken roast with apricot & herb stuffing at the supermarket this morning.  I'm cooking it in the air fryer now and we will have it cold with salad tonight.

Using the spicy marinade I just posted, over chicken legs.  Will BBQ and have with salad and mushroom risotto from freezer.

What a great meal Katie, such an effort in this ghastly weather.

Katie, that is a lovely meal.  You deserve a medal for doing that in the heat.

We are having left over rolled roast chicken and salad again tonight.
