Dill Pickle Cucumbers.
« on: May 04, 2020, 08:06:36 am »
This recipe is from the ABC radio here. I’ve made them a couple of times while the cukes are fresh and cheaper. They are delicious, they stay crisp and can be eaten the next day.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Are these not like what is called bread and butter pickles cookie?  I’m just wondering why they only last a month.

Yes Judy. I think if they are sliced they are called Bread and Butter pickles. MIL used to make these and DH loves them. She used Lebanese cucumbers. Not sure why they only last a month.
