Mich I feel inadequate. You de-clutter regularly and you wash your car regularly. If you are giving away energy, please send me some!

Likewise, Mich!! Me too!! :-))

Oh goodness no. I pay to have my windows cleaned (next week) as neither DH or I will do them. The granny flat that we gutted last year is a very slow work in progress. The store room is very hit and miss. Decluttering and the car is about all I do regularly.  :)

Whilst I was cleaning the shower, my puppies jumped up on to the table and destroyed my credit card  :o They nearly destroyed another one but thankfully one tasted better than the other. Yesterday it was the retic they pulled up and had a good old chew on. Thankfully DH is away so I can fill in holes in the garden where they've dug, and order a new replacement card. They certainly cost a bit in repairs, but whilst I'm waiting for my new card they are also saving me money  ;)

Shopping this morning and then some sewing as well as making the relish.

I accepted a shift at work today (they rang at 0610hrs) for me to start at 0700hrs. I made it in time. Extra pocket money for Melbourne.  ;D

If our phone rang after 9pm or at 6am Mich I always knew it was someone asking me to work. More pocket money is always useful.

CP they are naughty little fellows. But cute.

Gosh I've been missing for such a long time, I've popped in but never had time to post, life has had a few ups and downs since a week before Christmas when we lost our gorgeous 17 year old nephew so it's been a tough few months :'(
certainly trying to get back into the swing of things in the kitchen and can't wait to contribute more, I've certainly missed coming here and being a part of such a wonderful place xx

Suzanne you and your family have had a heart wrenching time. It is so sad to lose a child when they are just on the cusp of adulthood and fulfilling their dreams.

It does take a while to,get your cooking mojo on. Glad you are back.

Hi Suzanne so sorry to read your news, deepest condolences to you and your family. If anything can help get you cooking again it's this forum.
Good to see you Gert too.

Been so hectic myself I'm not on here much either, but I do pop in now and then. Thankfully I am fully recovered from the winter lurgy that flattened us all, and have worked back to fitness with daily exercises.
The garden is springing to life with all the new bulbs but we are glad not to be lambing sheep anymore.

Nice to hear from you DJ.  :D Glad that you've finally shaken that bug and are out in the garden again.

I thought I had done all the decluttering I could with this last couple of weeks. I didn't think there would be anything else to find.
Went to the linen press and saw two piles of tea towels, I pulled them all out and I have 38 of them.  :-[ I went through them all and got rid of 16 of them either to the bin, cleaning rags or the new ones in colours that I don't go with my kitchen I will give away. Looks like I have a way to go yet. Really 22 is still excessive and I have a dishwasher. Better do a 2nd cull of the tea towels.
