Ha ha, yes some of us are still here Jenni but the forum is very quiet these days. Some of the old members pop in from time to time but there are so many TM owners who have blogs now that there is no shortage of recipes. In the early days the recipe books were terrible and it was hard to find a TM recipe online so when we discovered this forum we sort of took it over. It has never shut down but we’ve been offline a few times for short periods until those who run it fixed the problem. Welcome back.

It is unusual cookie but looks very nice. With those tins you don’t have the problem of the centre not being cooked properly.

Not sure what I’ll have tonight but yesterday I bought another 3 packs of peeled crabmeat so had a cocktail before freezing the rest in small packs. Due to having a lot of Nutri grain leftover from a batch of nuts and bolts I had a handful of that too, poured hot milk over it to soften and much to my surprise, I really enjoyed it.

Thanks Cookie. Toothaches are the worst pain, I don’t know how you’ve coped these past few days. I hope the antibiotics kick in very quickly.

I completely cleared out one of the small sheds today after giving stuff away earlier. Cleaned the Weber Q for SIL, squirted down Mum’s walker, shower chair etc (keeping them in case anyone needs them down the track, me included), swept the garage and shed floor and put back other things which need to be kept ie spare roof tiles and current colour of part tins of paint. Gurneyed under the pergola then washed the car before knocking off for the day. 1 shed down, 1 to go then I’ll tackle the garage.

I’ve been into the little sheds today bringing out some of the stuff I don’t need or want. Cleaned it all up, took photos and posted on the Buy Nothing group. DD & SIL we’re driving back to Melbourne so before I posted the items I sent pictures asking if SIL wanted any of them. We decided before they left that he would have the Weber Q but not the Weber kettle and from the photos I sent whilst they were travelling he only chose the circular saw and a trunk. So the best item to go on the giveaway page was the Weber with a cover, gas bottle, solid cooking plate and recipe book. 42 people put their name down in the first 2.5 hours so I asked permission from the Moderator if I could pick the winner earlier than the 24 hour simmer that they prefer. It was granted and the lady I chose over 2 hours ago was so excited that she is still messaging me and making me laugh. I can’t wait to meet her and her partner tomorrow, this group of people is amazing.

I tidied my freezers today and in the process found 19 mini bags of Nagi’s zucchini pasta so left one out for my tea. It tasted better than when I first made it so that’s a bonus. I also had a 25cm piece of corn on the cob, funnily enough I can eat that and I really enjoy it.
