2 loaves of bread and the most amazing melt and mix pumpkin cake with no sugar and no fat. It is from the www.taste.com.au site. It even uses egg whites and not whole eggs. I loved that as I had heaps in the freezer.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cookie,  that does sound nice.  Yesterday I made pineapple fruit cake.  I had forgotten how nice this is.  Even had some for breakfast.  !!!!think I must still be jet lagged.
Today Ral requested a Slushy.  Ground lemon rind with sugar added juice and a little water and cooked on Varoma 10 mins.  Strained  mix and cooled, then 1 minute on 10 with ice cubes.

Our  friend who as a fishing charter business, was filmed for a fishing show & it aired last night...so I made some nibbles & pops for the party

Isi's stuffed olives (everyone loves them...well, except my husband who spat it out....he's so socialised  :-)))
Double Brie, sandwiched & topped with a port & cranberry sauce, with toasted walnuts

And Teninas's smoked chicken pâté.

Mint slice fish pops

Made the fishies earlier & dusted with petal dust
.........EAT CAKE!

Your name must be first on any list of invites maddy - magnificent as usual.  Love the look of the brie, probably would have spat the olive bites out as DH did though  :-))  What did you make the fish out of?

Lol, I'm sure you would be more discreet about it, than my DH was!
I guess they are deceptive little things....what looks like a little cheese puff, you take a bite, then WHAM...there's the olive surprise  :P

What did you make the fish out of?

Just white melted chocolate, then poured into moulds.

It is nice djinni...here's the link to the recipe

I 1/4 the sauce quantity and just use craisins instead of frozen cranberries, as I can't find them anywhere!

.........EAT CAKE!
