Back to winter today so I've just made a batch of Minestrone soup from the new EDC.

We still call them pattie cakes or little cakes.

I made the spiced apple & pear paste from the book today....a quicker cheats version  will try some tomorrow, and take a pic....we'll see if My shortcut was clever or dumb

Sophisticated Banana Cake
Magic Bean Cake
GF Bread
Bolognaise

Will also make bechamel for lasagne and maybe macarons and maybe pumpkin bread

Thanks ladies a rainy day activity, I just used the icing pens for the bows and eyes and this is the recipe I used for the cookies

DD21 bought the cookie cutter from a little shop in Melbourne when she was on holiday so I can't help you there sorry.
