Fresh Lemon and Pea Risotto

Made this for a quick dinner. Was gorgeous and made heaps. I served our family of 5 plus had a big container left over which I gifted to a friend who happened to call in after we had eaten. They enjoyed it too. (http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160207/c83cf225080156937e68358b0c970ad6.jpg)
