That sounds a lovely thing to do Chookie.

We did enjoy the Bagpipes.  Lovely day sitting under the big trees. GD school band came second in their section.  They were competing against City bands from all across Victoria.  Pretty good effort.
Warm today with rain predicted. I’m hanging out washing to encourage it.

Well done to GD's band, Chookie.

Yes, we hung out washing to encourage the rain as well ... and it worked!!!

Another overcast, warm day. They had predicted 20-30mm of rain but it has been amended to less than 5mm. Just enough to keep it humid.

Congratulations to GD and her band mates. An excellent achievement.

A warm and humid day here.

Well done to your GD chookie and her band.

It cooler today and not as humid.
We are booked in to the Sofitel in Melbourne on a special deal. Booked last December.  GP thinks it is not a good idea to go given our recent bad colds and this nasty Virus. It was a prepaid deal no refund for cancelling.  I rang them this morning and asked if it was possible to get a refund ( cheeky) they said a note from Dr and they would refund. It is over $1000 .
GC came yesterday.  GD made pies from pie book, Banoffee pies. We made PP cases and the filling in the TMX. Good.  She then cleaned the front windows.
GS blew the leaves off the paths and helped me weed a garden bed. At one stage I looked around and he was having a cuddle of a Chook.  Imagine this a 6 foot plus year 10 kid cuddling a Chook.

That is beautiful Chookie. You are never too old or young to cuddle a chook.

You can now see the light at the end of the tunnel Cornish, that's great news.  :D

Love the snippet of GS and chook, Chookie.  ;D
