I love the flavour of the bread with the Teff flour in it. I will be doing it next time too.

Put the two ducks in the slow cooker with fresh ginger, mandarin ,onion , juice as we had no open port or red. Then made a sauce with cranberries, mandarin juice ,ginger , pomegranate molasses, soy, red current jelly , needed cherries but all out of date so the cranberries were used added orange juice for more liquid and juice. Cooked it in the Themo , it tastes nice just not sure if it is balanced . Potato and leek soup on now . In the old bcb there was a potato and leek soup , thought I would search cookidoo and found one in Switzerland site so downloaded op it to my lists and programmed it for today , not bad a lot more leeks but just adapted it for what I had , now kids can make it if they choose to one day !

That sounds like quite a meal K Atie.
I've made a cheese dip thing, Tenina Tuscan Dip , the Sour Cream and Chive biscuits from here and Tenina's Seed biscuits. We are going out tomorrow night and I had to provide simple nibbles and not too much.https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17021.0

K Atie, great experimenting. Only way to go.
Cookie, nice selection of dips and biscuits.
Bought fresh salmon at Queen Vic Market which I coated with a sloppy mix of egg , flour and Panko crumbs and then  shallow  fried. Served with smashed potato and spinach from garden.
Today I am cooking organic chicken carcasses to make broth. Will turn some into cauliflower chicken soup, ( posted) and some for friend having radiation for throat cancer.

Tuna pasta bake and cauli au gratin here, 2 staples I like to always have in my freezer. Later will make a batch of spag bol sauce, I haven’t had that for ages.

Changed my mind about the bol sauce, made these cottage pies instead. Now to find room in the freezer!

Finding space in my freezer is an on-going challenge for me too!  Made a big pot of scotch broth and some concentrated vege stock this afternoon.  Got a list of cooking as long as next year for tomorrow and, as usual, I probably won't manage to make all of it - which is probably as well as I don't have enough space in my freezer .....

Your cottage pies look good Judy. I’ve defrosting beef mince and thought I would make Chilli. I think freezer space is always a problem for cooks Marina.

Thanks Denise.  They will provide me with a quick evening meal when I don’t feel like cooking  anything once I come back home which is quite often LOL
