That's lovely to hear Hally.  You waited so long for the first one, someone obviously thought they'd brighten your day - typical of the lovely people on our forum.

Did Jo in NZ receive her present?

I was just about to contact Judy to get your address to send you a wee something as well, Hally, but Xmas arrived before I had the chance so I am glad everything has turned out well.

I was also wondering about Jo too - I have a sneaking suspicion hers did turn up, but not 100% sure.  Jo ... did yours arrive in the end?

Still waiting...
Hoping it's in a silly season backlog and will come soon...

Jo's parcel has been sent some time ago. I don't think we need to worry too much at the moment as it does have to come from the North Pole or near there  :-)). It was posted a while back and at a guess I would say it should arrive in the next week or two. (hopefully)

Hally how nice is that? Maybe it was the same SS that sent to Suzanne and Dede. :D As Judy said people on here are extra special.

A perfect book for someone who cooks as much as you do Hally.   A wonderful surprise from a wonderful person.

Not yet Hally. I am really bad. I use my thermomix for everything I cook but rarely write down what I do. I tend to do it all 'by ear' now.

I'm the same cookie, I keep thinking I must write down my conversions, but never quite get there.

I just want to say thank you again to my SS I used the egg separator thingy today and love it. The labels are coming in very handy to.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

If the egg separator is a YolkR Jeninwa. I had trouble with mine at first.  ;) I found that I needed to use 2 hands to squash the bulb in to suck up the yolk. I have mastered it now and love it.
