Jeninwa I love your gifts. I have a scraper thing like that and after turning bread dough out of the thermomix bowl I only ever use the scraper to punch the air out and fold it. The YolkR looks interesting.  ;)

DH was eyeing off the scraper, told him to buy his own :)
