Oat Flour?
« on: October 17, 2012, 06:12:40 am »
Hi Everyone,

I was thinking about using rolled oats whizzed in to flour for my baking to make it healthier - does anyone else do this and does anyone have any tips for this complete novice!  ;D

I grind oats to make a home made readybrek type porridge.

About 30 secs speed 9. You can hear when they are one and peek in the hole to look.

I also finely grind oats for soapmaking with honey and oatmeal recipes.

Like the look of Helene's  bread that Judy linked.  You can crush a Vitamin c tablet to replace the powder in the recipe.
