love the look of these and LOVE the thermomix part LOL.

Maybe technically it IS a thermomix recipe after all  :P ??

I will have to give these a try. Sundried tomatos are expensive to buy.

Sundried tomatoes in sunflower oil that I buy have a fairly long used by date (no preservatives added) Just looked at the ones I have in the fridge and they have may 2013 on them. So wouldn't these last about the same?
