We love this icecream so I have decided to photograph each type I make. The mango icecream missed out but I'll being doing it again and we've finished the Mulberry icecream.
I read Gretchen's GD idea and copied it. As Gretchen said instant Cookies and Cream icecream.

This sounds like a special occasion cake. Useful for this time of the year. I can almost taste it as I read the recipe. Thanks Bluesed.

Maddy I am inspired. I read in the paper this morning that Cake Pops are taking over from cup cakes and macarons as the new 'in' thing. Are they only for little girls or is it something everyone is enjoying? You can see I am behind the times re this.

I managed to rescue the last one from DD's hand. It is one lonely biscuit. I only put the 80g of sugar suggested and reduced the choc chips to 90g. Thanks for the suggestions.
Will be making another of Kathryn's lovely recipes today.

This sounds different. I just googled the pumpkin and I think I could use any sort. I usually use Jap and that is nice.

CP63 I always do my roasts in an Easy Cook. If it's hot I put it in the laundry.

Chit Chat / Re: Christmas Eve Dinner
« on: November 17, 2010, 05:26:37 am »
Our Christmas Eve dinner is usually very snack like. We have cold Christmas lunch/dinner so I do all the salad making and turkey/meat cooking etc on Christmas Eve. By the time evening comes I'm exhausted. Then on Christmas day I do nothing except get things out of the fridge and put them into lovely bowls and set the table.
Last Christmas Termite did lots of cooking before hand and I put it in the freezer.

Chit Chat / Re: If I can't use wine in risotto ?????
« on: November 17, 2010, 05:17:43 am »
If I don't have any white wine open I use verjuice. I'm not sure if that would have any nasties in it though. The verjuice I have from Margaret River has 220 in it.
