Lovely food kimmy.

We just had a plate of fried rice.

Are your eyes bigger than your belly too Judy? I know mine certainly are!

We weren't really that hungry because we had grill'd for lunch. Did you know that they do gluten free buns? They tasted pretty delicious. I did make Jo's Chicken and brown rice soup for dinner though. It was very yummy and I'm looking forward to it for lunch. I also made Cyndi's gluten free bread. Both husband and I enjoyed it.

Normally not mrsb but because everything was steamed and healthy I thought I could eat more but apparently not without feeling uncomfortably full.

We are having cheats lasagna (basically the same as Johnro's beef macaroni) with chips and salad. DS thought chips and salad was too much but DD reminded him that if he pushed the point I would remove the chips not the salad so he went quite and agreed chips and salad would be a good idea!

That's basically the recipe I use Astarra, but use the awsome cheese sauce recipe for the topping. I made it a few weeks ago and made one big and one small container, the big container got eaten straight away and the smaller one went into the freezer, so a quick easy meal tonight.
