mickeydownunder - your recipe is a winner! Thank you again for posting it! Very glad I made this today!

CC - Wow INAID this is a divine recipe. Cool We all loved it. Thank you for the recipe.
I didn't have zucchini so added steamed and blanched beans that I had cooked earlier with the prawns in the final few minutes.

Katiej - This has been on my to-do list for ages and I finally got around to making it tonight. Delicious! DH went back for seconds.
I added some chilli in with the garlic and onions and I also added some baby spinach in my Thermoserver at the end.
Thanks for a great recipe!

ElleG - A few tweaks, added chilli and only chopped onion mix for 2 secs. Used coriander, 250g barramundi and 180g quinoa pasta and one very large zucchini and some button squash. When I added the pasta I added the fish as well. Cooked them for only 3 mins, let sit for another 2 mins and it was perfect. Gluten free pasta can turn to glue in seconds!  4 serves. DH absolutely loved it, he has a prawn allergy and this tasted really special.

I wish I had of. I have one on our good Nikon but it's mainly of the kids eating.

I couldn't find anything when we decided on it for dinner so just made it up as I went. Ps you don't need the ribboned carrots. That was just to use it up :)

We had 3 days in a row. I didn't get complaints but 'friendly' suggestions they said.
DH and I were discussing the pasta machine this morning and he commented that it tastes so much nicer than bought. After a bit of thought I had to agree with him.
I must check I think there is  a recipe for stir fry in the Meat on the Menu book that uses soba noodles. I will be doing my menu plan for the week today so will find some more.  ;D ;D

I will put this on the menu for a few days time, my Asian beef stirfry with noodles made with some vegetable juice, carrot zucchini and dried tomato paste was lovely, sorry didn't use a recipe just winged it.

We had this for dinner tonight. It really is nice. I made the penne in the pasta machine so added it with the prawns and cooked it for 3 minutes. I also reduced the stock by a cup.
