Chicken, salad and mayo sandwich. Using up the leftover roast chicken from lasts night dinner. The freezer should be ready to defrost by this time next week.  ;D

Thanks girls, have just taken out a pork loin chop to BBQ tomorrow to go with the rest of the vegies.

Oh, must tell you the age of those pieces of vacuum packed sirloin - 2 years old tomorrow and I still have 6 pieces of it in there.  It was some of the original meat I bought when I purchased the stand alone freezer for the laundry.

The sirloin was great CP, as was the 9 month old pork chop, vacuumed packed but I wasn't expecting them to be so good.

Geoff wasn't able to eat steak for some time before he went into care Gert so it just sat there but I am making inroads into my stock now.
