So simple Amy. It took me 3 minutes to make the sauce in the microwave.  I added some garlic paste and considering it is so simple, it was really quite nice.  1/4 of the recipe made 2 servings though (with added vegies) and I think you could add tuna/salmon & sweetcorn instead of the chicken and just turn it into a fish mornay.  You could also add some stock powder if you felt it needed something else.

Sushi at the sushi sushi shop in the shopping centre. The peking duck is my fave at the moment, followed closely by spicy prawn.
Sorry no photos, I scoffed it  ;D  Should make some at home as it is so easy.
