Rolls made to Cookie's Vienna Bread recipe with Vegemite and walnuts and cheese and Apricot conserve.    Apples.

Well its brunch as I didnt have breakfast, i bought the base its mission. Tastes OK, not as crispy, but nearly. Great for kids after school, quick & easy & I have relaised that if I dont do too much I will get better quicker :)

Just a little balsamic vinegar. Sometimes I use a balsamic glaze.

A balsamic glaze is balsamic vinegar with sugar and sometimes other flavouring added and it is reduced over a low heat. It can be very nice with a little bit of good quality EVOO and some nice ciabatta or french stick to dip into it.

I love balsamic, good olive oil and fresh bread for dipping. particuarly a good chewy sour dough.
