Sourdough ( ;D) topped with capsicum relish, ham, havarti cheese and home grown lettuce.
I might make a coffee frappe to eat with my lemon yoghurt cupcake, or a cappuccino. Can't decide >:(
I wasn't expecting to be home for lunch today, but I have 2 kids home from school. DD was sick yesterday and had a mild temp this morning   BUT I think DS is only pretending to be sick.  :o

If I was having that sort of gourmet lunch, I would fake it and stay home too ES.
Late lunch after netball so had leftover risotto and small bowl of ice cream cos I feel I burnt the calories off earlier!

After a big meat eating weekend, today was a slice of rice & spinach pie from the freezer, some pan fried potatoes sprinkled with Tenina's citrus olive salt from FFS and salad made from all the bits and pieces in the fridge.
