Study day today so I made an omelet with ham, cheese and spring onion. Generously doused it with tobasco chipotle sauce!

Ham, corn and polenta muffins from this forum served with chicken and corn soup (needed to use rest of the creamed corn can).

Going out for lunch and leftovers for tonight if DH is hungry.  ;)

If I have a big lunch I won't need dinner.
